Hi, I’m Emma, and together with my two dogs, Lola and Diana, I run Lolabell & Co.

A few years back, my world turned upside down when I lost my fiancé, Mike, to a sudden brain haemorrhage, just a month before our wedding. To find some peace, I left London behind and settled in Lytham, a lovely coastal town in the North West.

That’s where Lolabell & Co came to life.

Lolabell was Mike’s nickname for our dog, Lola. To cope with my grief, I started hand-painting dog collars.

It was my way of keeping busy and finding a bit of joy. When a few dogs (or rather, their owners!) on Instagram spotted them and asked to buy some, it sparked something.

From there, Lolabell & Co grew into what it is today.
